Extra virgin olive oil harvested in the month of November 2021, from the early harvest. It is an indigenous variety of the Sierra de Cazorla, of great rarity and limited harvest, with an olive of a particular reddish colour, with qualities that make this variety unique in the world.

Intense green to gold in colour. In the nose, intense green fruitiness and complex aromas of green banana, apple, grass and mint. On the palate, clean and elegant with a sweet entry, which gradually turns to a moderate spiciness.
