This extra virgin olive oil is an early olive oil made from Picual olives harvested in October 2022.

Fish, seafood, salted fish, smoked fish, vegetable creams, salmorejo… Ideal for highlighting any dish.
Deep green in colour. It is striking on the nose for its intense green fruitiness, with aromas of freshly cut grass, apple, tomato leaf and fig tree. On the palate, fresh and balanced with moderate bitterness and spiciness and an almond aftertaste.
